Conditions

Your kimono return deadline is different from the end time of your rickshaw ride. Please confirm it when booking.

The course price for one rickshaw includes Standard Kimono Rental and kimono dressing for one person at OSHARE ASAKUSA. Rickshaw rides cannot be booked on their own.
Board the rickshaw in front of the OSHARE ASAKUSA store.
You can finish the ride at your preferred location in the Asakusa area, provided it is within the booked course duration.
Rides can start from 9:00 to 19:30. The 120-minute course can also start at 19:30.
Please arrive 40 minutes before your rickshaw ride.

Course prices and durations

30-minute course: from ¥16,500 per rickshaw (tax included). Estimated time from arrival to the end of the ride: approximately 70 minutes.
60-minute course: from ¥27,000 per rickshaw (tax included). Estimated time from arrival to the end of the ride: approximately 100 minutes.
120-minute course: from ¥46,000 per rickshaw (tax included). Estimated time from arrival to the end of the ride: approximately 160 minutes.

Full conditions for operation, late arrival and cancellation

Whether rides operate in the rain depends on how heavy the rain is.
If rides are cancelled due to strong winds, heavy rain, snow or similar conditions, you can choose a full refund, a change of date and time, or a different plan.
If you arrive late, your ride may be shortened by the amount of time you are late.
If you are so late that the delay is approximately as long as the booked ride and the ride cannot take place, it is treated as a same-day cancellation with a 100% cancellation fee.
If a rickshaw cannot be provided, we will offer an alternative rickshaw arrangement, a change of date and time, or a full refund.

Can the staff help take photos?

There is no additional charge. The rickshaw staff take photos using your own smartphone, and the photos are saved on that phone. Photo files are not delivered separately at a later date.
