Standard, Extended & Next-day Returns
- Standard return
- Regular return is by 18:00.
- Regular return extension
- A regular extension from 18:00 to 22:00 costs ¥1,100 per garment per hour (tax included). Enter garments × hours for garments not selected for next-day return. Apply for an extension or next-day return by 17:00 that day. Staff approval is required; next-day return also requires advance payment. Apply by phone, LINE, WhatsApp or at the shop.
- Next-day return
- When you contact us and next-day return is accepted, a regular plan adds ¥6,600 per garment (tax included): 18:00–22:00 extension, ¥1,100 × 4 hours = ¥4,400, plus ¥2,200 for next-day return. Return by 10:00 the next morning. For the Night Plan, the add-ons total ¥4,400 per person/garment: ¥2,200 for Night plus ¥2,200 for next-day return (tax included). If Night is already charged, add only ¥2,200. Return by 10:00 the next morning. Apply for an extension or next-day return by 17:00 that day. Staff approval is required; next-day return also requires advance payment. Apply by phone, LINE, WhatsApp or at the shop.
If your return is late
- ¥1,100 per garment per hour (tax included)
- Any period of less than 1 hour is charged as 1 full hour.
- For a late return without contact, charge ¥1,100 per garment per hour (tax included) from 18:00 for regular plans or 22:00 for Night until the actual return. Any part of an hour counts as one hour.
- Crossing midnight without contact does not add the ¥2,200 next-day fee. Do not count the same garment/time twice. The basic rental and any Night charge already selected remain payable.
- If there is neither contact nor return for 48 hours or more, we will take the necessary action.

Cancellation Fees
- 5 or more days before the date of use
- Free
- 4 days before the date of use
- 30% of the booking price
- From 3 days before through the day before
- 50% of the booking price
- On the day
- 100% of the booking price
- No-show
- 100% of the booking price
If 30 minutes have elapsed since the scheduled booking time without contact from you, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
A cancellation takes effect when the shop receives your call or checks your message between 8:00 and 18:00. General inquiry hours are also 8:00–18:00.
Refunds and changes initiated by the store
Refunds are normally made using the same method as the original payment.
Refund timing varies depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
If the store determines that severe weather or other circumstances prevent us from providing the service, we will advise you individually about rescheduling or a refund. The normal cancellation policy applies to cancellations for personal reasons.
Booking Changes
- Date or time change
- The cancellation policy applies to the full tax-inclusive amount of the original reservation.
- Increase in number of guests
- No change fee. The price for additional guests is payable. Additional guests may not be accepted depending on availability.
- Decrease in number of guests
- The cancellation policy applies to the tax-inclusive amount for the removed guests.
- Plan change
- No change fee. Only the price difference is settled. Changes are subject to availability.
The cancellation percentages above apply to date/time changes and reductions in guest numbers. There is no change fee for additional guests or a plan change.
DAMAGE & LOSS / Policy
When repairs, cleaning, or replacement are required.
Stains, Damage & Loss
Minor stains from normal use are free of charge. No insurance scheme is provided. If difficult-to-remove stains, tears, damage, loss, or similar issues require repairs, specialist cleaning, or replacement, you will be charged the actual cost. There is no fixed compensation fee. Please do not wash or repair items yourself; always contact the store.

PayPal is paid during checkout; the reservation is confirmed only after payment completion, amount, currency and recipient are verified. Returning from PayPal alone does not confirm it. For bank transfer, pay by the deadline individually provided by the shop; confirmation follows the shop’s verification of the actual deposit. Other inquiries receive individual guidance.

Check the payment methods and tax-inclusive total currently offered in the booking form. PayPal is paid during checkout; the reservation is confirmed only after payment completion, amount, currency and recipient are verified. Returning from PayPal alone does not confirm it. For bank transfer, pay by the deadline individually provided by the shop; confirmation follows the shop’s verification of the actual deposit. Other inquiries receive individual guidance.
The customer is responsible for bank-transfer fees.

Choose bank transfer or PayPal in the booking form. A bank transfer reservation is confirmed after the shop verifies payment; a PayPal reservation is confirmed after successful payment is verified.

The booking total includes only the planned charges you selected. Future late returns without contact are not estimated, and contact status is never inferred to charge automatically.
