RETURN / Terms
Standard, Extended & Next-day Returns.
Standard, Extended & Next-day Returns
- Standard return
- Normally by 18:00
- With advance notice
- Return may be extended until 22:00 with advance notice
- Next-day return
- ¥2,200 (tax included) / By 10:00 the following morning
If your return is late
- From 18:00 onward: ¥1,100 for 1 kimono per 1-hour period (tax included)
- Any period of less than 1 hour is charged as 1 full hour.
- The standard 1-day rental fee applies from 22:00 onward.
- An additional standard 1-day rental fee is charged for each subsequent 24-hour period.
- If there is neither contact nor return for 48 hours or more, we will take the necessary action.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES / Booking

Cancellation Fees
- 5 or more days before the date of use
- Free
- 4 days before the date of use
- 30% of the booking price
- From 3 days before through the day before
- 50% of the booking price
- On the day
- 100% of the booking price
- No-show
- 100% of the booking price
Once 30 minutes have elapsed since the scheduled booking time, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
Cancellation-related calls and messages are accepted from 8:00 to 22:00. General inquiry hours are 8:00–18:00.

Any applicable change fee is calculated from the total booking price.
DAMAGE & LOSS / Policy
When repairs, cleaning, or replacement are required.
Stains, Damage & Loss
If difficult-to-remove stains, tears, damage, loss, or similar issues require repairs, specialist cleaning, or replacement, you will be charged the actual cost. There is no fixed compensation fee. Please do not wash or repair items yourself; always contact the store.
